  1. What influences and inspires your creative practice?
    • My creative practice is inspired by witnessing people explore new environments with curiosity, as well as immersive experiences, both in nature and large-scale installations, that spark wonder. I love works that experiment, combine art forms, and foster playful interaction to evoke joy, discovery, and awe.

  2. What does the term “arts and culture” mean to you?
    • Arts and culture, to me, are spaces where people connect, learn, and momentarily step beyond everyday chaos. I resonate most with theatre as it safely challenges norms, evoking joy and fear, and interactive works as they offer physical engagement and unfiltered emotional reactions.

  3. Out of curiosity, what is your perception of Frankton? Be honest!
    • Growing up queer in Frankston during the ’90s and 2000s felt challenging at times, as I saw it as a rougher area. Leaving for university and life in Melbourne made me miss its beaches, though. Returning, I’m delighted to see a town blossoming with art, culture, and charm, nestled between serene bushland and the coast.

  4. Describe yourself or artistic practice in five words (Note: you are infinitely awesome beyond these five words).
    • Joyous, interactive, otherworldly, playful and chaotic.

  5. What South Side Festival show/event are you most excited to check out this year?

  6. What song would be your theme song in the movie adaptation of your life?
    • The Spark by Kabin Crew - So much joy!
