Frankston Music Community Network: The Funky Town - Her the Full Band

HER are a Melbourne based six piece classic rock band, melds hard rock, funk & soul with post punk influences together, their live set is powerful, emotive and packed with anthem hooks, the brainchild of lead singer Mish, HER formed back in March of 2019, from that date they have been playing Headline shows around Melbourne, gaining quite a following, and stamping their mark on the rock scene. The bands first Australian Tour together, will commence Feb, 2023.

HER DEBUT ALBUM “Before Our time” released in March 2022, blends the most elemental components of rock music into songs that achieve an almost perfect balance of pop rock melodies, balls to wall hard rock riffs with a punk rock attitude, and features some incredible guest session players.

The album is an eclectic song writing collaboration, mainly between Jerome Smith, Mish and her original 90's grunge band STEEL. The album has been well received & several singles have been aired by local community radio stations, Before Our Time sucessfully sold out its first CD run. The Album has recently been re-released digitally to all streaming platforms, through Gryostream. The band is currently working on HER second album, all writing together. check out the first single from this forthcoming Album The Truth, gives you a real taste for where the band has progressed to.

HER LATEST SINGLE "The Truth" dropped on all Streaming platforms from 11:11:22 and was performed live same night to a  SOLD OUT launch at Scotties Garage, our home of Rock!
