Rebecca Tickell is a director, producer and environmental author & activist. She produced the Sundance Audience Award Winning, environmentallythemed movie, FUEL, codirected/produced ‘The Big Fix’, and directed the critically acclaimed documentary PUMP. She also directed and produced the John Paul DeJoria story, GOOD FORTUNE, the YouTube sensation, THE EARTHING MOVIE along with many others.
Ryland Engelhart is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of Kiss the Ground. He is also a co- creator of the award- winning, transformational documentary film, “May I Be Frank.” He is an entrepreneur and activist, and works to inspire more "gratitude" into our culture. He speaks on sacred commerce, tools for building community, and regeneration and is the host of Kiss the Ground's "We Can Do This Podcast."
Finian Makepeace is the Co-founder of Kiss the Ground and a renowned presenter, media creator, and thought leader in the field of regenerative agriculture and soil health. His dedication to “inspiring participation in global regeneration, starting with soil”, has motivated him to develop training programs, workshops, and talks designed to empower people around the world to become confident advocates for this movement.
Karen Rodriguez is the Stewardship Operations Manager at Kiss the Ground. Following the thread of where our food comes from has made her passionate about teaching children and the adults who teach children about tending to our soil and our earth because that is where all food begins.

Jessica Handy is the Partnership & Impact Manager at Kiss the Ground where she builds regenerative and meaningful partnerships that create shared value. She is a registered dietitian and for over ten years she has worked for mission-driven organizations helping to develop and implement systems to support healthy food access for communities in need.
Lauren Tucker is the Director of Product Development at White Buffalo Land Trust and the Co- Founder and Ex Executive Director of Kiss The Ground. She is an entrepreneur and community organizer with extensive experience in the nonprofit and permaculture sector. Her lifelong pursuit is working with people to regenerate ecosystems, grow healthier food, and balance our carbon cycle.
