Plant Table 1200x627.jpg

Plant Table is a performance activation entangling humans and plants in dances of relation.

Pull up a chair and join us at the Plant Table, where nature comes to life through conversation and creativity.

You’ll take part in engaging discussions and artistic activities that explore how we connect with the natural world. Surrounded by locally sourced organic materials and flora, you’ll be inspired to create, share stories, dance, and reflect through guided meditations.

This unique, multi-sensory experience transforms the library into a living space full of stories and artistic expression.

Led by internationally acclaimed choreographer Carol Brown, Head of Dance at the Victorian College of the Arts, and Gregory Lorenzutti, a Brazilian-Australian artist and urban farmer blending photography, dance, and organic agriculture, this is an unforgettable experience you won’t want to miss.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

lant Table is presented with support from the Victorian College of the Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts and Music, University of Melbourne.
